North Manchester

An early September Get Together was blessed with a dry day with occasional glimpses of sunshine - and the opportunity to meet again with some fantastic Japanese Spitz Owners - some local & some from quite far away.

Our group was made up from regular attendees together with some new faces and a sprinkling of aspiring Japanese Spitz Owners who, of course, were granted 'Fluffy Cuddles'

Our most important attendees, white and fluffy, had a great day investigating the grounds of Heaton Park, running together, and greeting an honorary member - a large brown Eurasier (see pics).  At least one of the group wearing a mantle of green (grass) before the end of the day.

As usual our walk ended with a cuppa (and for some cake).

Loughborough

A dry day with occasional glimpses of sunshine welcomed our group to Beacon Hill Country Park on Sunday.

A good number of Japanese Spitz brought their owners for some weekend exercise however the group had a small number of 'less-than-white' imposters in the form of an Eurasier and a German Spitz.  We welcome all.

Beacon Hill is a great place to investigate and provides some fantastic views over the local countryside but can become a little windy at times.

Our thanks go to Joanne Brooks who hosted the day and made it a success for all.

Leeds

Our Leeds meetup on Sunday was again at Roundhay Park and although the day started cool, the sun did finally make an appearance.

We had a great turnout of Japanese Spitz (with our honorary member this time being Primrose, a Japanese Spitz / German Spitz Cross) and we had a lovely bimble around the park.

It is always great to meet up again with old friends and it is also fantastic to engage with potential new owners - the day provided them with a great opportunity to meet with others and chat about the breed whilst wandering around such a gorgeous setting.

We look forward to further JapSpitz events soon.

Glasgow

Our Glasgow Meet Up was held in the amazing Kelvingrove Park close to the City of Glasgow and what a stunning location it was.

Hosted by Michelle McPhee (and the gorgeous Kaiya) and Alison Gibson (who had the expert support from Kai, Akira and Nova) they were joined by around 12 JapSpitz and their lovely humans.

The Scottish weather was kind to us and the dogs had an absolute ball with the odd zoomie thrown in for good measure.

Lovely to meet up with both new and existing owners with lots of time to chat and enjoy the stunning scenery too.
